About the research project:
Invisible in the Storm is a community-led research project made by Transmen Collective, a community-led initiative working to create safe, visible, and empowering spaces for trans men and transmasculine individuals across India and South Asia.
This research paper shines a light on the devastating impact of climate change on the transmasc community, and demands that we work towards more equitable policies and structures that are able to protect everyone.
From constant overheating, physical discomfort, gender dysphoria, to inaccessible spaces, exclusion, and economic struggles, trans men often have to consider which part of their lives they need to put down in order to be able to survive.
