We generally store the information of members, participants, and partners for up to 10 years after the completion of the relevant event, project, or workshop. APTN will not use the data for any other purposes outside of the originally consented purpose.
You can request to delete your personal information by contacting the Asia Pacific Transgender Network Foundation (APTN) directly to exercise your right to erasure. Under this right, you can ask that your data be erased, destroyed, or anonymized.
When You Can Request Deletion
According to the policy, you may request the deletion of your personal data in the following circumstances:
- Withdrawal of Consent: If you decide to withdraw the consent you previously gave for data processing.
- Lawful Objection: If you have lawfully objected to the processing of your data.
- Unlawful Collection: If your personal data was obtained unlawfully.

Important Limitations
