As APTN's Programme Manager, Joe Wong oversees the institution and programme development of the network; resource mobilisation, communications and media, establishing partnership and collaboration with international, regional and national partners, and policy development. He has prior experience in working with NGOs, CBOs and UN agencies. He was previously a board member of APTN.
Cianán B. Russell
As APTN's Human Rights & Advocacy Officer, oversees the advocacy framework for APTN, organises regional consultations and capacity building workshops, and collects and disseminates regional information about the state of trans rights in the region. Cianán received a Bachelor's degree in 2004 from the University of Iowa and a Doctorate in 2008 from Purdue University. Before moving to Asia, they also worked on the teaching faculty at Georgia Institute of Technology. Cianán has worked in trans activism since 2001 and moved to Thailand in 2013 with their partner.
Thanapoom Amatyakul - Omo
As APTN’s Administrative Assistant, Thanapoom supports logistics, organizes workshops and training, and manages network archives and publications. Thanapoom previously worked as English Camp Manager at Amsam Youth Centre and as a Finance Officer at Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. He has also had experience working with Raks Thai Foundation as a interpreter and translator and with YouthLEAD as a training assistant.
Rawit Muangpaisarn - Egg
As APTN's Administrative Assistant, provides support in administrative duties including front office management. Rawit graduated from Rajamangala University of Technology, Mass Communication Faculty.
